AIMT Organised an HR Seminar on Achieving Outsourcing Success through Effective Relationship Management (ORM) on 15th Oct 2011.
The three aspects covered during the Seminar included

  1.   Management Strategy - determining the most appropriate combination of contractual terms and relationship management         techniques. It was taken by Mr. Manuraj Sharma, President, Paradigm Consulting & Training
  2.   Organizational Structure - building the appropriate in-house management/oversight structure and mechanisms. It was taken by         Prof. S.P. Chauhan, Professor FORE, Delhi.
  3.   IT Infrastructure - the supporting infrastructure to enable the monitoring and management of a network of external service         providers. It was taken by Mr. Nitin Maheshwari, IT Associate Consultant, Oracle Corporation.

The seminar was a huge success with participants from various Institutions from Greater Noida. The event was organized with precision, pomp and pageantry.
